Notice to Vacate

Notice of your Intent to vacate the property you are renting through Hudson Residential Brokerage.

Some Important Things to Note:

  • Depending on your lease you must notify us at least 60 days prior to the end of the lease if you intend to vacate at the end of your lease. ( For example: If your lease ends on May 31 - you must notify us of your intent to vacate by March 31. )
  • If you are moving out prior to the end of your lease - Contact our office immediately. The sooner we are notified the more time we have to rent the property and help reduce the costs you will incur.
