To begin the process, please read below, and initial beside each item below:
Fill out online application and submit application fee online or deliver application fee by check of $75 per applicant and $35 per adult ( if not listed on application as a tenant ) for the background check. ( $35 per person if above age 23 ) Deliver security deposit equal to one month's rent to Hudson Residential Property Management located at 300-36 West Hargett Street, Raleigh, NC 27601. If the office is closed, please deposit a CHECK or CASHIER's CHECK in the box to the left of the office door. Under NO circumstances should you put cash in the box. We typically do not accept cash. If you would like to use cash make arrangements to give to your licensed real estate agent or deliver to office and hand to a agent . GET A RECEIPT FOR ALL CASH. No email, phone conversation, voicemail or any other means of communication shall be binding until all of the above have been completed and we have conveyed acceptance to you. A fully signed lease must be signed within 24 hours of your receiving the final version. We reserve the right to hold a portion or all of your deposit if you back out of the final communicated acceptance of your offer and/or counter offer regardless of whether a lease has been signed by you.
